ELENI CHATZIDIMITRIOU

Eleni Chatzidimitriou is a project manager at reframe.food working in research and innovation projects. She is an agronomist holding a Diploma in Agriculture and Food Science and Technology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and a PhD in agronomic practices and food nutritional quality from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. She has 10 years’ experience in food safety and security and has worked within numerous EU funded projects producing several publications in this area. Over the past years she has worked for consumers’ safety within the European regulatory system. Overall, she is an enthusiast of sustainable food systems.
