Emmanouela Aftzi is a Project Manager at reframe.food. She has an interdisciplinary background in education and social sciences, with a strong interest in innovation, sustainability and collaborative approaches. Through EU-funded research and innovation projects, she has experience in project implementation, stakeholder engagement, communication and dissemination, and the organisation of workshops, events and co-creation activities. She is particularly interested in Living Labs and participatory processes that bring together researchers, local communities, policymakers and other stakeholders to exchange knowledge, develop ideas and turn innovation into practical solutions.
