His professional portfolio includes hands-on expertise in scientific dissemination, exploitation (incl. business modeling and IP management), communication and engagement strategies, activities of standardization, event management, and community building. Since 2013, Pantelis has been involved in more than thirty five (35) projects of e-government, e-democracy, community resilience, social innovation, crisis response, entrepreneurship, telecommunications & smart networks, social inclusion, road automation, maritime surveillance, digital transformation of public sector, cybersecurity, border security, electromobility, UxV interoperability standards, gender equality, living labs, health, open science, circular economy and AI for industry solutions.
