The Path4Med Horizon Europe project has launched its €500,000 Open Call to support public authorities in tackling water and soil pollution across the Mediterranean and associated regions.

By promoting innovative monitoring strategies, sustainable agricultural practices, and data-driven solutions, Path4Med empowers local and regional authorities to reduce fertiliser use, mitigate nutrient pollution, and promote cleaner ecosystems. The selected sub-projects will replicate and scale solutions developed within the project, contributing to healthier soils and water resources in the Mediterranean, Balkan, Black Sea, and Baltic regions.

reframe.food’s role in the Path4Med  project: reframe.food will oversee the entire process, from preparing and promoting the call to monitoring and supporting the selected projects. To ensure transparency and fairness, the Open Call will be managed through opencalls.fund, reframe.food’s dedicated online platform that simplifies submissions, evaluations, and communication with applicants. This system has already been used successfully in several other Horizon Europe projects, helping organisations access funding opportunities in a clear and reliable way.
